Fidelity Hearing Centre is a proudly independent audiology clinic offering professional, people-focused hearing care since 2015. Our Springwood clinic combines small-clinic warmth with best-practice audiology in a supportive team environment. We are not owned by manufacturers or large chains – we exist to serve our clients, not sales targets.

About the role
We’re seeking a friendly and organised Client Care Coordinator to join our Springwood clinic. This is a front-of-house role that’s perfect for someone who loves helping people, enjoys variety, and takes ownership of their work.

You’ll work closely with our audiologists and clients to ensure appointments run smoothly, enquiries are answered promptly, and every visitor feels genuinely cared for.

Duties include:

Greeting clients warmly and managing reception

Answering phone and email enquiries

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Following up with clients and new leads

Processing payments and managing hearing aid claims

Coordinating hearing aid orders and repairs

Preparing clinical rooms and assisting audiologists

Maintaining client records and ensuring clinic tidiness

Supporting a respectful and positive workplace culture

About you:

Warm, reliable, and proactive

Confident communicator with great phone manner

Organised and good with time management

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

Previous experience in healthcare or admin roles is a bonus but not essential

You genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome and supported
