The Opportunity

We are looking for a system focused Quality Assurance Officer to join our headquarters in Balcatta (Perth). The role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and NATA accreditation, while supporting continuous improvement projects and efficiencies.

Reporting directly to the Executive Team, you’ll be a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of an expanding team. You’ll be supported by a QA team member and work closely with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and enhance compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and NATA standards

· Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes

· Manage non-conformances and opportunities for improvement (OFIs)

· Lead QA documentation, system updates, and reporting

· Mentor and support a QA team member

· Drive QA awareness across the organisation

· Support business improvement projects in QA requirements

· Provide strategic oversight on accreditation, audits, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

· Certificate IV/Diploma in Quality, Business, or equivalent experience

· ISO 9001 Lead/Internal Auditor certification

· 3 to 5 years’ experience with ISO 9001

· Strong background in document control, internal audit, and compliance

· Experience with QA/QMS software platforms

Desirable

· ISO 27001 auditor training

· Continuous Improvement credentials (Lean, Six Sigma)

· Experience in supplier quality assurance and equipment management

· Familiarity with SharePoint/Intranet and risk/incident management tools

· Proven analytical and root cause analysis capabilities
