Our client, a leading provider of engineering design solutions for mining projects, is seeking a Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist to join their growing team in Perth.

Job Duties:
This is a newly created position, seeing you work in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 to lead and advise on the development, implementation and continuous improvement of all Quality Assurance & Compliance.

• Manage and continuously improve the integrated Business Management Systems.
• Lead quality assurance initiatives.
• Oversee health and safety compliance including advising on risk assessments, incident investigations and promoting a strong safety culture.
• Drive environmental management and sustainability efforts.
• Engage and train stakeholders across all levels of the business on quality assurance and compliance issues.

Requirements:

• Qualifications in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• Lead Auditor Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in QSHE roles within Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management sectors.
• Strong understanding of Australian Standards (AS/NZS 4801) and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach to addressing challenges.
