Job Description: Quality Assurance Specialist (Product)

We’re seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Product Specialist with a passion for compliance, an eye for detail, data accuracy and a can do attitude who will enjoy being part of a fast growth technology company.
Reporting to Operations,the ideal candidate is a well organized, methodical professional who prides themselves on accuracy, efficiency, and surety. The specialist will be charged with ensuring the implementation of, and ongoing maintenance of front end products and to support operations with inaccuracies and product cohesion issues.
Objectives of this role
Maintain our product catalogue ensuring it is up to date and compliant at all times
Interpret and execute on change requests inline with company standards.
Maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
Provide insight and guidance into improved standards for production and design, and assist with creating testing protocols for implementation across customer interaction avenues.
Ensure that products offered are compliant with external partner agreements and competitive with current offers from competitors.
Responsibilities
Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as identifying and resolving product display issues for digital platforms.
Investigate reports of nonconformance issues and ensure. resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product nonconformance.
Monitor retail partner reporting and maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers.
Assist operations with training and support requests that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
Required skills and qualifications
Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
Good computer skills, including database management
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in frontline reporting and data consolidation.
Attention to detail
Preferred skills and qualifications
Proficiency in Google suite desirable
Stakeholder and Relationship management preferred
Energy Retailer background particularly in products
Training and assessment experience is also well regarded.
