Our Client is a boutique, reputable and well established Insurance Underwriting firm based in modern offices in Manly. They currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated and proactive team player to join their small but growing team of dedicated and enthusiastic professionals.
You will be providing support and assistance to the client services and claims teams. Your duties will include:
- Monitoring a central email inbox
- Liaising with key clients (Brokers)
- Diary management
- Issuing policy quotes & renewal documentation
- Following up on overdue premiums
- Assist with claims registration
- Updating reports
- Data entry
- Creating files for new & renewing business
- Processing accounts receivable
- Reconciliation and banking as required
- Prepare files for daily payments
To be considered for this position you will have at least 1-2 years office experience in administration and/or customer service. Competent computer skills in Word and Excel, excellent attention to detail along with top customer service skills are also essential. Full training will be provided with opportunity for career progression.
This is a full time permanent office based role and hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm. The salary guide $80,000 + Superannuation (negotiable dependent on experience).
