This pivotal role within the commercial operations team offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with stakeholders across sales, finance, and operations. You will play a key part in analysing and providing insights into business targets across accounts and channels, while gaining exposure to cross-functional projects and diverse team interactions.

About the Role

Lead collaboration across sales, finance, and operations to drive forecast recommendations, optimise costs, and deliver on business objectives.

Monitor and analyse sales performance against forecasts, delivering regular updates and recommendations that shape future forecasts.

Partner with finance and operations to support smooth month-end close processes and ensure alignment with business targets.

Champion best practice in business planning, leading the annual sales planning process and coordinating monthly, quarterly, and year-end turnover estimates.

Support team performance by celebrating successes, fostering collaboration, and embedding the business planning vision and strategy.

Ensure consistency with planning goals, processes, and agendas to maintain effectiveness and efficiency across the function.

About You

Proven FMCG experience, ideally within Sales, Finance, or Category Management.

Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Skilled in analysing sales performance, identifying market trends, and providing recommendations that drive results.

Ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the business.

Adept at simplifying complex information and promoting transparency in decision-making.

Experienced in identifying and resolving technical, operational, and organisational challenges.
