Now, we’re looking for a bright and motivated Assistant - Graduate Quality Assurance Officer to join our team and help us keep our standards blooming.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to kickstart their career in quality assurance.

You’ll be working closely with experienced QA professionals, learning the ins and outs of our processes, and playing a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards — especially during peak periods like Mother’s Day, Easter, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Quality & Process Support

• Assist in monitoring and improving QA procedures

• Help train staff on product specifications and quality expectations

• Support ICA accreditation and weekly compliance activities

• Conduct quality checks on outgoing products

• Monitor stock levels and assist with dispatch coordination

Admin & Documentation

• Maintain and update QA documentation

• Print barcode and box labels for dispatch

• Assist with stocktakes and plant health certificate coordination

Responsiveness & Flexibility

• Be contactable during standard working hours

• Support operations during peak seasonal events

Safety & Compliance

• Learn and support ISO 9001, HACCP, SQF, and HARPS standards

• Promote safe work practices and environmental responsibility

• Report hazards, incidents, and any suspected compliance issues

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• A degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Agriculture, or a STEM-related field

• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office skills are a must)

• Excellent attention to detail

• Clear and confident communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Points For

• Experience in FMCG, especially floral products or horticulture

• Familiarity with perishable goods

• Experience and understanding of HACCP principles

• Exposure to SAP or similar systems

• A proactive, curious mindset and a willingness to learn
