As Senior Director - Sensory & Consumer Experience, you will:

• Lead high-profile client relationships, building trust and delivering excellence
• Drive business growth across sensory research (quant, qual, and consulting)
• Mentor and develop a growing team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture
• Ensure first-class delivery of end-to-end research, from design through to strategic, actionable insights

What we are looking for:

• At least 8+ years’ experience in sensory research or consumer science
• Strong commercial acumen with proven client leadership skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in both quant and qual
• Passion for food, FMCG, or related industries

This permanent, full-time role offers the salary of $170,000 + super + up to 10% bonus, along with genuine career growth, leadership development, and the chance to make a real impact.
