We're on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Marketing & Events Manager to join the team at our iconic beachside venue in South Fremantle. Nestled by the sand and sea, we’re known for our laid-back atmosphere, great food, and award-winning brews and spirits — and we’re looking for a motivated, energetic professional to develop, manage and drive our marketing and events program, and create a first-rate experience for our valued customers.

About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Marketing & Events Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering bold and effective marketing campaigns to drive product sales and unforgettable customer experiences through creative event planning. From live music and community events to private functions and product launches, this role will bring our brand to life on-site and in the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

· Developing and executing the annual marketing plan for the Running with Thieves business

· Work closely with Sales team to deliver product and marketing campaigns

· Communicate with external vendors to develop marketing collateral

· Plan, coordinate and deliver a diverse calendar of events and activations across the venue

· Oversee event bookings, liaising with clients from initial enquiry to execution

· Develop and implement marketing strategies across social media, email, local PR and digital

· Collaborate with the sales & brewery teams to promote new releases and seasonal offerings

· Work closely with front and back of house teams to ensure seamless event delivery

· Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting on marketing and event ROI

· Build partnerships with local businesses and community groups to enhance brand presence

What We're Looking For

· Experience in Food and Beverage, Events, Hospitality marketing or similar roles (5+ years preferred)

· A passion for food, beer, fun and local culture

· Outstanding communication, organisational, and multitasking skills

· Creative flair and a hands-on, proactive attitude

· Strong understanding of social media and content creation

· Ability to work weekends or evenings as required for events
