Little Nation is one of Australia’s fastest-growing family lifestyle brands. We design and source clever, practical, and fun products for young families — from play couches to bed rails — and sell across our own e-commerce store and major marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and Catch.
With rapid growth and a strong product pipeline, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take charge of our brand, drive product launches, and lead our remote marketing team.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can combine strategy with execution. You’ll be the captain of our marketing department — responsible for planning campaigns, managing launches, and leading a small team of specialist VAs across content, performance, community, and marketplace channels.
This role is hybrid:
1 day per week in our Perth office (for product samples, content planning, team sessions).
4 days per week working from home (flexible and remote-friendly).
What You’ll Do
Lead the marketing strategy across paid, organic, social, and marketplace channels.
Own the go-to-market launch plan for 26+ new products per year.
Manage and mentor a remote team including:
Performance Coordinator (ads/ROAS)
Content Creator VA
Community Growth VA
Marketplace VA
Ambassador VA (influencer outreach)
Oversee paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon PPC) — supported by our Performance Coordinator.
Work closely with Product Development and Ops teams to ensure seamless product launches.
Report weekly on campaign performance, launches, and growth KPIs.
Protect and grow the Little Nation brand identity.
About You
3+ years marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer products.
Strong understanding of digital ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) and performance reporting.
Experience managing a small team (local or remote).
Excellent project management skills — can juggle multiple product launches at once.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (office + WFH).
Creative thinker with a sharp eye for brand and content.
