The Role

We’re searching for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and brand growth across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and beyond. You’ll be the mastermind behind our marketing calendar – planning, executing, optimising, and leading our team.

You won’t just be delegating – you’ll be in the trenches: launching campaigns, building funnels, tracking analytics, and scaling what works. You’ll be the driving force behind our marketing machine, aligning team, content, and deadlines.

What You’ll Do

Own and optimise digital acquisition channels to deliver ROI.

Grow our audience, brand visibility, and sales across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

Build and refine email automations, funnels, and lead-generation flows.

Launch and manage paid and organic campaigns across platforms.

Use analytics to track the customer journey and make strategic calls.

Collaborate with our content team (video, brand, social) to bring campaigns to life.

Build our membership model, reducing churn and increasing sign ups.

Lead, inspire, and scale our in-house and offshore marketing team.

Maintain and execute a laser-focused marketing calendar (organisation skills are non-negotiable).

Who You Are

Proven experience running successful multi-channel digital campaigns (ideally in digital, media or agency environments).

Obsessed with what converts on TikTok & YouTube. You understand the algorithm, the trends, and what content increases engagement.

Strategic thinker who can back decisions with data and execute accordingly.

Hands-on operator who’s built funnels, optimised campaigns, and scaled revenue.

Fluent in digital tools: Google, AI, course platforms, scheduling software.

Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-campaign environment. Deadlines don’t scare you.

A friendly but firm leader who can keep a marketing team aligned, motivated, and delivering on time.

Early riser (we start at 8am for our US audience).
