I am currently working with a well-funded and fast-growing gaming business on a mission to redefine the player experience. With innovation at the core of what they do, they are building an exciting portfolio of products that engage and entertain. They are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join team and help shape the way they connect with players across Australia and beyond.

The Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of building and executing the company's marketing strategy from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to create campaigns, partnerships, and initiatives that put the brand on the map in the competitive gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, content, and partnership channels.
• Build brand awareness, positioning, and messaging from the ground up.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
• Drive acquisition and engagement through targeted campaigns.
• Collaborate with the product, social, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and impact.
• Track and analyse performance metrics, optimising campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Manage marketing budget and external partners as required.

About You

• 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally in gaming, tech, or entertainment.
• Strong track record in building marketing strategies and campaigns from scratch.
• Data-driven with excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
