About the Role:
This role is responsible for managing the educational, administrative, and operational functions of Leaders Institute. It involves coordinating academic programs, supporting staff and students, ensuring compliance with higher education standards, and driving continuous improvement across campus operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day academic, administrative, and financial operations of the Institute or relevant department.
Lead the development, implementation, and review of educational and operational policies and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
Act as a liaison between the Institute, students, agents, and community stakeholders to support clear communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
Provide guidance to students and staff on institutional policies, academic processes, and compliance procedures.
Collaborate with academic and admin teams to coordinate course delivery, scheduling, and program effectiveness.
Identify and respond to current and future needs in student support and staff development.
Monitor and evaluate updates in education sector policies, TEQSA guidelines, and CRICOS compliance requirements.
Assess student feedback and performance data to ensure curriculum delivery remains effective and aligned to outcomes.
Develop and deliver training workshops for academic and support staff to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Business, Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an educational leadership, academic coordination, or compliance-focused role
Strong understanding of TEQSA, CRICOS, and AQF frameworks (essential)
Experience coordinating educational programs and working with academic teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
High level of organisational and policy development capability
Experience in staff training, student support, and stakeholder engagement
