Brain Hub is a leading multi-disciplinary Allied Health clinic in Gladesville, dedicated to helping children and adults with complex neurological conditions. From post-concussion syndrome and dysautonomia to stroke, ADHD, ASD and cerebral palsy – we support patients with some of the most challenging health needs.

With two purpose-built clinics (one for adults, one for children) and rapid growth, we are seeking a hands-on Practice Manager to take ownership of our operations, lead our amazing team, and drive excellence across our services.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Brain Hub’s success – leading people, driving operational excellence, and ensuring our clinics run smoothly every day.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, can hit the ground running, and isn’t afraid to get into the detail when needed. Alongside big-picture leadership, you’ll also help build the capability of our admin team, ensuring processes, systems, and people are set up for success.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who has seen what “great” looks like in healthcare management – and is ready to bring that standard here.

You have:

Proven team development and leadership experience managing teams in healthcare or allied health.

Strong or desirable knowledge of the NDIS and its complexities

Attention to detail with excellent critical thinking, problem solving skills

Exhibited ownership and responsibility

A hands-on, proactive approach – happy to roll up your sleeves when required.

Excellent financial and operational management skills.

The ability to balance strategic growth with day-to-day execution.
