Position Vacant: Operations Manager

Location: Primarily Work From Home (with regular site days and event visits)

We are a fast-growing events and markets business, and we’re on the hunt for a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force that keeps our business running smoothly, ensuring our operations meet the highest standards while our founder focuses on exciting new ventures. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety—no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure all business functions are executed to a super high standard.

Manage scheduling, logistics, compliance, and vendor/stallholder communication.

Attend weekly site visits and events to oversee bump-in/out, safety, and quality control.

Implement systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accountability.

Work closely with management to support business growth and expansion.

Punctual, outgoing, and professional – able to represent the business confidently.

Must have driver’s licence and own vehicle.

Experience in markets, events, or hospitality is a plus, but not essential.
