As Senior Manager – Business Services (Agribusiness Division), you’ll combine technical expertise with strong leadership, managing a talented team while delivering exceptional results for high-value clients.
The role

As Senior Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role overseeing team performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and strengthening client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:

• Client leadership – Manage relationships with complex agribusiness clients, oversee compliance (financials, tax, BAS), and coordinate restructures with the tax advisory team.
• Advisory & growth – Identify cross-divisional opportunities to deliver added value for clients and support their long-term success.
• Team leadership – Mentor, coach, and develop accountants at all levels, driving career growth and technical capability.
• Technical oversight – Provide expertise on complex accounting and tax matters, ensuring compliance with legislation and professional standards.
• Operational excellence – Streamline workflows, manage resources, and champion best practices to enhance efficiency and output.

About you

• CA/CPA qualified with 10+ years’ experience in public practice (business services/tax).
• Proven leadership skills with a track record in managing teams and client portfolios.
• Strong technical expertise in accounting, taxation, GST, and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical matters for clients.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and passionate about delivering results.
