About the role

Reporting directly to the State Manager, your duties as an Event Operations Lead will include but not be limited to:

planning/overseeing Splashdown infrastructure during bump in/out phases

coordinating equipment maintenance

designing truck routes and developing team work schedules

procure and manage subcontractors

provide leadership to a team of drivers, cleaners, labourers & plumbers

ensuring compliance with SA safety/plumbing regulations

strengthening relationships with new & existing customers

on-site management at major events & planning responses to emergency call-outs.

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights essential

Proven ability to manage suppliers/logistics under tight deadlines

Some trade experience

HR truck and forklift licenses (or willingness to obtain).
