We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns, optimise performance through data insights, and create engaging content. You’ll be collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager and working alongside a supportive team that includes technical specialists, project managers, and sales professionals. With access to in-house creative resources, you’ll have the tools and backing to bring innovative marketing ideas to life.

What will you be doing?
- Plan, deliver, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and eDMs
- Create and publish engaging digital content including blogs, social media, and website updates
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Support SEO initiatives and collaborate with an internal SEO specialist
- Manage PPC campaigns, ensuring ROI and budget alignment
- Coordinate digital activity around trade shows and events
- Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, website performance, and market trends
- What do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ digital marketing experience
- CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Strong knowledge of PPC platforms including Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Understanding of CMS systems such as WordPress
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools
- Desirable: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- A self-motivated and results-driven mindset
