BumperTech has an assistant managerial position available at our Molendinar location. We offer onsite and in-house SMART repairs. Including plastic repairs, minor panel damage, replacement panels & lights. We are the largest mobile onsite repairs in SEQ. We specialise in mobile and in-house same day repairs, offering the option of repairs being completed at the customers home or work address or at out work shop.

Qualifications & Experience

Customer relations, SALES, quoting/estimating experience, managerial experience.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Management of 3-4 technicians - team management.

Quoting repairs to vehicles.

Answering phone.

Ordering stock.

Vehicle checks - organising services for company vehicles.

Quality control - overseeing repairs to customer vehicles.

What You Need

Valid drivers license.

Experience in the automotive industry.

Ability to work independently with strong organisational skills and time management skills.

Ability to manage a team.

Excellent customer service skills.

Basic proficiency with mobile systems for job management.
