Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of tax, compliance and advisory services for a diverse client base across multiple industries.
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of analysts and managers, ensuring quality outcomes and professional growth.
• Review and sign off on client deliverables while ensuring compliance with Australian accounting and tax standards.
• Drive business development initiatives, including client relationship management and proposal preparation.
• Partner with Directors and Partners on strategic advisory engagements, complex tax planning, and risk management.
• Contribute to practice efficiency through process improvements and innovation.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with a proven background in professional services.
• Big 4 or top-tier firm experience is favoured but not compulsory
• Strong technical knowledge in taxation, compliance, and financial reporting standards.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to deliver strategic advice beyond compliance.
