About the Role...
Looking for a detail-driven and highly organised Logistics Support Officer to join their Perth-based operations team. Reporting to the Logistics and Sales Manager, this role is critical in ensuring the efficient coordination of domestic logistics and providing administrative and inventory support across the business.
From booking freight and managing stock records to supporting production processes and ensuring timely documentation this role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to be part of a dedicated and collaborative team.
Full time office-based role, Monday to Friday 6.00am to 2.30pm daily.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate domestic end-to-end freight logistics & prepare freight documentation
Book & track freight, negotiate freight rates, reconcile freight invoices & ensure regulatory compliance
Maintain accurate stock records & coordinate transfers with interstate warehouses
Generate dispatch & inventory documentation using MYOB Greentree
Reconcile raw material movements, production outputs & final deliveries
Process Delivery Dispatch Advice (DDA) & job cards
Update production schedules & timesheets
Assist with consumables purchasing and invoice reconciliation
Input expense claims into finance system
General office & administrative duties inc. calls, emails, mail & greet visitors
Maintain supplier database & manage PPE/uniform logistics & client sample dispatch
Coordinate sample dispatches for clients
What you bring
2+ years’ experience in domestic logistics operations (Desirable)
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience using business software (MYOB Greentree desirable)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Meticulous attention to detail & excellent organisational ability
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
