About the Role

As a Holiday Property Manager with Property Central, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our holiday rentals. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys ensuring spaces are welcoming and immaculately kept.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the overall management and maintenance of holiday rentals to meet our quality standards.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries to ensure guest satisfaction.

Coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure efficient restocking of supplies and linen for each property.

Conduct regular inspections and coordinate deep cleaning projects to maintain the highest level of cleanliness.

Manage property inventories and ensure all amenities are in excellent condition.

Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any special requests or needs.
