Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in scheduling and conducting Routine Inspections, Entries and Vacates

Conducting open home inspections

Processing applications

Writing reports

Assisting with general administration tasks as required

Candidate:

A can-do attitude and willingness to help

Must hold a current real estate certificate or working on getting one (on a course now)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

A valid driver’s license

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

You enjoy working in teams and you are driven to grow and succeed together as a team.
