About the Role:

We’re seeking a Payroll & HR Officer to join our friendly and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to a role where no two days are the same, and where your contributions truly matter.

You’ll be responsible for:

End-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality

Supporting HR operations including onboarding, compliance, and employee records

Assisting with award interpretation and employment contracts

Providing guidance to staff on HR and payroll queries

Contributing to process improvements and system upgrades

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in payroll and HR administration (ideally in a school or education setting)

Strong understanding of relevant awards and employment legislation

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

A warm, approachable manner and a genuine desire to support others

Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (Rockfast, TASS preferred)

Paid Working with Children Check (BlueCard)
