Manage recruitment processes, including job adverts, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding
Oversee onboarding and offboarding activities
Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively
Coordinate and manage employee training programs

Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and global standards
Prepare HR reports and support business decision-making
Skills & Experience:
Strong generalist HR experience with a focus on payroll and employee relations
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Ability to think on your feet and respond to a wide range of challenges
Experience navigating a global or multi-site organisation
Proactive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
Solid understanding of payroll processes; experience with ADP or large ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Flexibility to travel within Australia and New Zealand as required (every 1-2 months for no more than 3 days at a time)
Why This Role is Great:
Fully office-based with convenient on-site parking
Join a supportive leadership team, including the CEO and CFO
Work in a dynamic, globally connected environment
Make a tangible impact within a small, empowered team
