Part-Time Receptionist – Cosmetic Clinic (Toowong)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Receptionist to join our well-established cosmetic clinic in Toowong. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service, has a genuine passion for skin care and cosmetic treatments, and enjoys working in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

About the Role:

Part-time: 2-3 days per week, plus occasional Saturday mornings

Must be available for Tuesday evenings

Flexibility to cover sick and annual leave as required.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional presentation and a confident phone manner

Competency with computers and appointment software. We use Xestro.

Comfortable working both independently and within a small team

Previous experience in a medical, allied health, beauty, or cosmetic clinic is highly desirable

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing a professional and welcoming experience for patients

Preparing treatment rooms according to the day’s bookings

Applying anaesthetic cream and assisting post-treatment (including cover up makeup application if required)

Managing reception duties: answering calls, responding to enquiries, booking appointments, processing payments, daily banking, and filing

Offering administration support to the clinical team

Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth clinic operations
