Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment

Diagnose and resolve equipment faults promptly to minimize downtime

Support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning projects

Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance

Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, technical documentation, and safety guidelines

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and equipment history

Key Requirements

Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or a related field

Must have prior experience working with production equipment in the instant noodle or similar food manufacturing industry

Strong hands-on technical skills and troubleshooting capabilities

Familiarity with machinery such as noodle production lines, drying systems, seasoning applicators, or packaging automation preferred

Understanding of Australian workplace health and safety standards

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Must have full working rights in Australia
