This is a great opportunity to join an industry leader in sales and service of CNC and Conventional machinery. We need a Service Engineer for capital equipment such as conventional and CNC machinery for a very well established national company.

We are looking for a Customer Focused CNC Service Technician. Candidates will be either currently working as a CNC Service Technician or a mechanical/industrial electrical tradesperson who is ready to take the next step in their career. The role will join the expanding CNC Division to support our rapidly increasing customer base.

This exciting role will involve working with many types and sizes of CNC machine tools and ancillary equipment from some of the World's Largest Machine Tool Builders.

The role will include installation and commissioning, preventative maintenance, breakdown service repairs, pre delivery inspection and testing all while providing outstanding ongoing support to our customers.

This is a Vic based service role, but at times you will be required to travel interstate and sometimes overseas.

The ideal person will have:

• Experience with CNC controls and systems eg. Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain etc
• Trade or Engineering qualifications.
• Background in Fitting Machining, Toolmaking, Mechanical Engineering or Robotics & Mechatronics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to travel within Vic, Interstate and occasionally overseas
• A current driver's license
• The ability to share your experience and knowledge of CNC machining and programming
