Why is this role for you?

You graduated a couple of years ago with a construction or engineering-related degree and you want to be a project manager soon.

With the right training and mentorship, you back yourself to learn quickly as you have a great work ethic and enjoy soaking up knowledge from others.

It's likely you are being overlooked for promotion in your current role or you are sick of just being a number and a small cog in a very large machine.

This role is the polar opposite of that feeling.

With a flat management structure, you'd get lots of access to the owners and with the last 2 APM's who started here both earning promotions recently, you'll see what your career progression looks like.

Initially, you'd start by working on a data centre, high rise resi or senior living project valued up to $50million.

And in the long term, it could be capital work projects, health, commercial or new build aged care facilities that you get exposed to - you won't get bored here.

Starting salary range is $90-$130k package plus a yearly bonus paid at Christmas.

If you have some consultancy experience behind you but want a better place to develop your skills then this is the role for you.

What can you tell me about the company?

With 10 years in operation, their team of 20 is led by 4 hands-on directors who have previously worked at the likes of Lend Lease, CPB and Multiplex so they know what they are talking about.

Staff retention is ridiculously high and being relatively small, they are agile and can make quick decisions regarding you and the business.

They do regular team bonding and events, a yearly conference away and feedback from staff is that they feel valued and listened to.

What experience do you want to see from me?

• You have graduated with a construction or engineering degree and have at least 2 years+ of work experience in Australia.
• You are a confident communicator and have experience of working with key stakeholders in the consultancy sector.
• You have a good work ethic and don’t mind a hybrid environment working in the city office and on-site with the client.
