Who We Are

Welcome to Delta Rue, a lavish and bustling restaurant with Vietnamese-French influences. Delta Rue evokes the faded old-world elegance of Hanoi’s Old Quarter in the 1920s, with the 150-seat interior opening to a verdant terrace seating an additional 60 restaurant guests.

While the champagne bar at the entrance of Delta Rue offering guests the opportunity to enjoy a glass of French bubbles before being seated is sure to dazzle diners, it’s the Vietnamese flavours that will be the star of the restaurant. This grand and bustling environment features a fairy-floss Vietnamese coffee serve, upbeat music, and a cocktail-fountain for arrival drinks.

What Would You Do?

Managing daily food service and on-site kitchen operations

Ensuring that food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques meet Brand Standard guidelines and are maintained at that level

Assist the Executive Chef and Head Chef in developing new menus and concepts

What Do You Need?

Creative flair with current food trend

Wok or Grill experience is a must both would be amazing

Thrive in a large, busy and fast paced work environment with efficiency, organisation, time management and attention to detail

Committed and a passionate about cooking with a strong focus on food quality and presentation

Ability to create recipe cards

Hatted experience a plus

Experience and passion working with Southeast Asian Cuisine

Have a keen eye for detail

Strong communication skills can follow direction and work well in a team environment.
