With small clinics in Sydney and Melbourne, we’ve built a reputation for high-quality, evidence-based practice - and we’re now looking for an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in Melbourne.

Your role

As a Grade 2 Occupational Therapist with Leapfrog, you will:

Provide high-quality, family-centred, affirming occupational therapy in-clinic and in the local community.

Collaborate with OTs and STs to deliver holistic support.

Contribute to staff learning through peer-led training and case discussions.

Supervise a Grade 1 OT and contribute to our structured Graduate Program.

About you

You’re a qualified Occupational Therapist with paediatric experience (4+ years required).

Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming practice and supporting families.

Keen to be part of a team that values both clinical excellence and work-life balance.
