What you’ll be doing:

Leading, mentoring and inspiring a team of Superannuation Administrators

Driving a culture of excellence, problem-solving and innovation

Taking ownership of workflow management, service delivery and team growth

Being the trusted escalation point for complex queries and complaints

Collaborating across the business and with external stakeholders

Spotting opportunities to improve processes, compliance and client experience

What we’re looking for:

A proven people leader who thrives on bringing out the best in others

Strong understanding of superannuation and financial services

A client service superstar who stays calm under pressure

A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

Experience with Acurity and/or insurance products is a bonus but not essential
