Opportunities Available

We’re currently recruiting multiple PAYG Broker roles across Melbourne that offer:

• Fully provided, qualified leads or in-house referral partners — so you can focus on building relationships and settling deals, with NO hunting expected!
• Strong operational and admin support — all backend work is handled by experienced parabrokers and CSMs
• Career growth to lead broker, team leader, or partner pathways
• Office-based, hybrid, and fully remote flexibility, depending on your preferences and location
• Competitive salaries, typically $90K – $120K + Super + Commissions, plus performance-based incentives

About You

• Experienced in residential lending with a proven settlement record (minimum 2+ years’ experience)
• Exposure to Residential Investment Lending and company/trust structures (preferred)
• Strong communicators with a consultative, client-first approach
• Results-driven and motivated to build long-term relationships
• Have Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred but not required)
