Based in modern offices in the Federal Mills precinct North Geelong, the role is ideal for candidates living in the region or if you're in Melbourne's west, it's an easy freeway drive against the traffic. Hybrid working is offered with two days WFH if desired, the agency also has flexibility with start and finish times when needed.

The role

You’ll be the detail master, managing budgets, timelines, head hours and deliverables. The agency uses ClickUp as its PM tool so experience in that or similar is ideal. You will be reporting to the Snr Delivery Director and Head of Account Service. No back end experience is required and the majority of sites are built in Wordpress.

It's a client-facing role and you will be in contact with clients from the delivery perspective, keeping stakeholders looped in on all the critical facets of each project, supported by the senior account service team.

This is a hands-on, role where you'll need to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat or any of the detail. You'll be encouraged to bring ideas, challenge the norm, and help improve processes along the way.

Experience

1+ years in a project management or account exec role

Have managed website/digital projects

Knowledge of ClickUp or similar PM tools like Monday
