Senior Account Executive

Location: Hybrid – South Melbourne, Melbourne

We specialise in creative and performance marketing, combining powerful storytelling with data-driven strategy to create campaigns that truly move the needle.

Now, we're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our high-performance team. This isn't just another agency role it's a chance to grow alongside the business, shape your career, and step into a Senior Account Manager role for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

Account Management

Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted and lasting relationships.

Support client meetings, campaign reviews, and reporting with clarity and confidence.

Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and excited about campaign delivery.

Campaign Coordination & Delivery

Partner with performance specialists to brief campaigns, monitor progress, and ensure quality outputs.

Manage timelines, creative requirements, and project workflows.

Review and QA campaign setups across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.

Reporting & Insights

Consolidate campaign performance reports and extract meaningful insights.

Translate results into client-ready recommendations.

Track budgets, pacing, and campaign health to ensure success.

What You'll Bring

2+ years' experience in a digital marketing or media agency.

Hands-on campaign experience ("on the tools") across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Demonstrated proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting

Strong account management skills – confident juggling multiple accounts and deadlines.

Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable presenting ideas and results.

Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.

Mindset
