YOUR NEW OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Client Services team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key client accounts, oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, and drive results that align with client goals. You’ll be a trusted partner to our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and collaborating closely with our internal team to bring campaigns to life.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Client Relationships & Project Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, developing strong relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Maintain open and proactive communication with clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
Campaign Delivery: Oversee all aspects of client campaigns including creative, production, content, reporting, and agency services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives and delivery. Coordinate with external partners including ticketing partners, venues, and brand partners.
Paid & Organic Media: Lead paid media campaigns, including delivery, performance tracking, optimisation, and analysis. Support the development of and confidently present on paid media strategies that deliver on objectives and provide exceptional value for clients. Oversee all media approvals, deadlines, and artwork dispatch.
Content & Copywriting: Develop and lead content strategies, including proactive content ideas and planning. Oversee organic social content, writing and editing copy for various channels.
Reporting & Insights: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations. Present strategies, results, and new ideas in client meetings.
Budget & Administration: Manage budgets, invoicing, and financial tracking in collaboration with Directors and Finance. Prepare and review client-facing presentations and contracts.
Team Collaboration: Support and guide team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Assist in onboarding new team members by sharing tools, systems, and processes.
Events & Industry Engagement: Attend client events, including opening nights, to represent Anthem and strengthen relationships.
ABOUT YOU
Experience: 3+ years in advertising or marketing, preferably servicing theatrical, arts, or entertainment clients. Agency experience desirable.
Skills: Strong understanding of cross-platform campaigns, including digital media. Excellent client relationship skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social platforms. Experience with Trello, Xero, and Monday is desirable.

KEY SELECTION CRITERA
1. Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns — including the ability to act as the primary client contact, oversee multiple concurrent projects, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery within budget.
2. Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimise paid and organic media campaigns — with a strong understanding of cross-platform marketing, data analysis, performance reporting, and delivering value against client objectives.
3. Strong content development and copywriting skills — including the ability to create compelling, on-brand messaging and lead content strategy across multiple channels.
4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills — with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients to achieve shared goals.
5. A track record of contributing to organisational culture and values — including a collaborative, proactive approach, attention to detail, and a passion for the arts, entertainment, and live events sector.
