About the role

Join the talented team at First National Real Estate Central as a full-time Real Estate Leasing Consultant. Based in Melbourne's inner city, this exciting role will see you providing first-class property leasing services to our growing portfolio of residential clients. With a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service, you will play a key part in the success of our Residential Leasing & Property Management division.

What you'll be doing

Work closely with our property management team and promote available rental properties to prospective tenants

Conduct high-quality property inspections and liaise with landlords and tenants

Conduct routine inspections to our rental properties

Conduct condition report inspections for entry and exit of tenancy

Provide exceptional customer service

Suitable candidates will have the opportunity to progress to a sales role!

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You have a valid driver's license and a reliable car

If you speak a second language other than English, this is a plus!
