The Role
We’re looking for a confident and solutions-focused Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CFO. This is a key role that blends strategic support with hands-on coordination, enabling our executive leaders to focus on driving the organisation forward. You’ll be the go-to person for managing priorities, navigating complexity, and ensuring the executive office runs seamlessly.
What you’ll do
This role is responsible for providing high-level executive support to the CEO and CFO, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office. Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing for board and leadership meetings, and supporting major events such as strategy off-sites and the annual company conference.
You’ll also oversee day-to-day office operations, process expenses and invoices, and act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, senior leaders, and external partners. Maintaining confidentiality, prioritising competing demands, and delivering with professionalism are essential to success in this role.

• Proven experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex calendars and travel
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP preferred
