We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily operational activities of the garage door business

Manage and supervise staff, including technicians and customer service team

Minimum 5-9 people team management experience is required

Ensure timely and quality service delivery to customers

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

Maintain inventory and equipment supplies

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

Monitor financial performance and optimize operational costs

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a service-based industry

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions

Knowledge of garage door systems is a plus

Valid driver's licence and the ability to travel as needed
