As a Pharmacist at Better Leaf, you will be central to patient care, clinical decision-making, and dispensary operations. You will guide patients safely through their therapeutic journey, provide expert advice, and work closely with the team to ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Dispense prescriptions and medicinal cannabis products accurately and safely

Provide clinical advice and counselling to patients

Maintain compliance with regulations, pharmacy standards, and internal protocols

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes

Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

Requirements

AHPRA Registered Pharmacist with community pharmacy experience

Interest or experience in medicinal cannabis, alternative therapy, or holistic care (highly regarded but not essential)

Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient safety

Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills

Organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative
