About the Role:

As the Pharmacy Manager at our Ballan Pharmacy, you will:

• Deliver quality pharmacy professional services to the community of Ballan and surrounds
• Lead and inspire a dynamic team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve business objectives.
• Manage all pharmacy operations, including setting and monitoring budgets, delivering clinical & professional services, and ensuring a high standard of patient care.
• Foster customer loyalty by building strong relationships and offering expert health counselling and clinical interventions.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the pharmacy, aligning with our long-term strategic goals of becoming a leader in integrated healthcare.

What You’ll Need:

We’re looking for a motivated professional who is:

• Tertiary qualified with a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
• An AHPRA registered Pharmacist with at least 3 years’ experience in Australia.
• Highly skilled in clinical pharmacy with a passion for ongoing professional development.
• A proven leader with a strong track record of team management and driving success in a competitive market.
• Experienced in managing budgets and other key business management tools.
• Customer-focused, with excellent counselling and patient interaction skills.
• A proactive problem solver with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Desirable: QCPP experience, immunisation accreditation, and any relevant extended training in the pharmacy field.
