As Pharmacy Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for operations, set the standard for exceptional patient care, and cultivate an environment where your team and your community thrive.

Role Overview

• Direct and coordinate all pharmacy activities
  
• Deliver a wide range of professional services
  
• Develop and execute strategies to reach KPI’s and meet budget goals
  
• Establish strong connections with healthcare partners, engage with local residents, and empower your staff through mentoring and performance reviews
  
• Create an efficient, patient-centred workflow
  

Core Responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance with all regulations
  
• Optimise inventory and uphold high quality standards
  
• Recruit, train, and evaluate team members
  
• Promote service excellence by collaborating with healthcare professionals, addressing patient needs, and nurturing a positive, professional environment
  
• Monitor budgets and pursue ongoing growth and improvements
  

About You

• Bachelor or Master Pharmacy degree and current AHPRA pharmacist registration
  
• Demonstrated success in a Pharmacy Manager or PIC position
  
• In-depth understanding of pharmacy operations, relevant legislation, and best practices
  
• Outstanding leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent communicator with both your team and patients
  
• Meticulous, able to juggle multiple priorities
  
• Comfortable using pharmacy management systems and related technology
