About the Role

This is not a clipboard role. As a Site Foreman at Ages Build, you'll be actively involved on site — managing trades, coordinating works, and jumping in when needed to get the job done. You’ll be expected to lead from the front, support your crew hands-on, and ensure every stage of the build meets our high standards for quality, safety, and time.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and work alongside the site crew to drive project progress

Read and interpret plans including set-out and structural drawings

Order and manage building materials and deliveries

Conduct regular quality control checks and enforce WHS standards with full support from our admin office.

Troubleshoot site issues and keep works moving

Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors

Engage with clients and stakeholders when required

What You’ll Bring:

10+ years of construction experience with strong site supervision background

Trade qualified (carpentry preferred)

Experience delivering residential, commercial, and light civil projects

Comfortable working on the tools and machinery when required — this is a hands-on role

Manual driver’s licence (essential) and White Card

Strong problem-solving ability, team leadership, and attention to detail
