You will demonstrate previous experience,

MUST have hands on approach. Leading a team from the front.

Overseeing the daily operations of a venue.

Identifying areas of improvement with promotions, entertainment and service delivery.

Opening and closing the venue.

Tight control of cash handling and stock.

Ensuring all procedures are followed and maintained.

Food, bars and gaming operation.

Upholding health and safety standards.

You will need.

Current RMLV, RSA, RSG, Approved Managers license.

Leadership style approach. This role is hands on.

Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality.

Self-motivated, and driven to be successful.

Availability to work flexible hours of the industry.

Well-presented and reliable.
