The Role
As a Tax Depreciation Consultant, you’ll work closely with our Surveying team to:

Conduct site inspections

Collect and record property data

Assist with construction cost estimating

Why This Role Matters
Inspections are the foundation of what we do. They ensure our clients maximise deductions legally and remain A.T.O compliant. You’ll be trained to identify all depreciable assets and carry out inspections professionally, backed by a supportive team. Safety and professionalism are always our priority.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in construction / real estate (advantageous, not essential)

Detail-focused with strong problem-solving skills

Professional in communication and presentation

A reliable team player with a “can-do” attitude

In possession of a valid driver’s license (essential)
