A leading Melbourne builder is kicking off a $130mil apartment project with a double basement, and they’re on the lookout for a Design Coordinator who wants to step into a major build with the right support behind them.

This isn’t a “sink or swim” role – you’ll be joining a well-resourced team with a 10+ year Project Manager, a full-time Design Manager, plus office-based design support. The company has already won the project at current market rates, so everything is set up for success.

About You

3+ years’ local experience in Commercial / Multi-Res projects

Relevant Construction Tertiary Qualification

Detail-oriented, organised and reliable

Solid career history with proven loyalty to past employers

Strong communicator who can deal confidently with trades and consultants

Driven and motivated to grow into a senior role
