This highly regarded boutique architecture & interiors studio that focused on high-end residential projects, is seeking a skilled Architect or Technician proficient in ArchiCAD to join their small, tight-knit team! Operating from a serene studio space, the practice is seeking someone who can jump into current projects with confidence, and who has a strong eye for detail and solid construction documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Produce high-quality construction documentation using ArchiCAD

Collaborate closely with the team across design, documentation and detailing

Deliver detailed drawings and coordinate with consultants and builders

Manage project timelines and maintain strong communication with consultants

Contribute to design outcomes for high-end private residential projects

Skills & Experience

Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent, Registration preferred

8+ years post-grad experience

Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD documentation

Technical documentation skills, with focus on detailed construction knowledge

Experience in high-end private residential architecture essential

Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
