This group is seeking a talented and versatile Design Manager to step into a permanent role – full-time or part-time – and take the reins on a variety of high-profile projects. From boutique hotels to multi-residential and landmark commercial builds, you'll collaborate closely with in-house team, driving design outcomes that set new standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate design delivery across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring quality and consistency is delivered

Oversee and instruct architectural and interiors documentation processes

Manage consultant teams efficiently across all disciplines

Drive envelope, base-build and interior design coordination, ensuring design intent is delivered

Ensure seamless integration of architectural, interiors, and services design

Skills & Experience

Architect (preferably registered) with experience across both design and contract admin / delivery phases

Proven Design Management would be preferred, with experience across commercial and multi-residential sectors

Strong understanding of architecture, interiors, and construction methodology

Confident in managing consultant teams and navigating stakeholder groups

Exceptional documentation, coordination, and communication skills
