At Diabetes Australia, we’re looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist who’s passionate about using data, technology and creativity to drive meaningful engagement. About the Role

You’ll take the lead on planning, executing, and optimising email and SMS campaigns across our national programs including the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS) and My Health for Life. Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing; you’ll design personalised, data-driven journeys that inform, inspire, and support our community.

From segmentation and automation to testing and analytics, you’ll be hands-on across the full campaign lifecycle. You’ll also play a key role in championing best practice, supporting internal teams and helping us get the most out of our CRM platform.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing (not just CRM)

Strong skills in campaign planning, building, testing, and optimisation

Segmenting audiences and crafting journeys that feel human

A data-driven mindset with a passion for clean, well-governed databases

A collaborative approach and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders

A genuine interest in health, wellbeing, and purpose-led work

Bonus points if you’ve worked in the Not-for-Profit sector or have experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, or HubSpot.
