The Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Automotive Spray Painter to perform a full range of spray painting tasks, from minor touch-ups to full vehicle resprays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive paint application, a keen eye for color matching, and a commitment to producing high-quality, durable finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.

Mix and match paint colors to achieve a perfect match with existing finishes.

Apply paint and clear coat to vehicles using a spray gun.

Operate and maintain a spray booth and related equipment.

Conduct quality checks to ensure a flawless, professional finish.

Perform minor body filler work and panel preparation as required.

Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Automotive Spray Painter, with a portfolio of work (preferred).

Solid knowledge of different paint systems (e.g., waterborne, solvent-based).

Expertise in color matching and paint mixing techniques.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for achieving perfect finishes.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Relevant trade qualification or certification is highly desirable.

A valid driver's license.
